The only local source is at the end of a Marauder-infested river. To get there, you will need to sneak, smash, and rush through numerous enemy obstacles and traps. To get some help along the way, supply Food to each of the ally Trade Docks. They might be able to lend you a boost of speed or some extra boats along your route.
