Wood is a unique form of resource in Age of Empires Online that can be obtained by harvesting trees using Villagers. It is a primary resource used in the construction of most structures, and some units and technologies.

Game Info Edit

Wood can be harvested by tasking a Villager to a tree, they will proceed to hack at the tree until they reach their carrying capacity or until the tree runs out of wood and is felled.

Wood can also be purchased for Gold at a Market.
